Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your EE-inspired gear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Overview

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for most new, unworn items purchased directly from ericemanuel-hoodie.com. Items must arrive in resellable condition with original tags and any packaging included.

  • Return window: 30 days from delivery date
  • Condition: unworn, unwashed, no odors or stains, tags attached
  • Proof of purchase required (order number and email)
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Return eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following:

  • Be in original condition without signs of wear, wash, or alteration
  • Include all tags, labels, and accessories that came with the item
  • Be shipped back in protective packaging to prevent transit damage
  • Be accompanied by your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)

Returns received with pet hair, fragrances, deodorant marks, or signs of wear may be rejected or subject to a partial refund.

Non-returnable items

  • Final sale or clearance items marked “Final Sale” at checkout
  • Gift cards
  • Worn, washed, altered, or soiled items
  • Items returned without original tags/labels

How to start a return

  1. Locate your order number (EE-#####) and the email used at checkout.
  2. Request an RMA using the form below or email [email protected].
  3. Pack items securely; include your RMA in the box.
  4. Ship using the label we provide or your preferred trackable carrier.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? The fastest way to get the right item is to place a new order and return the original for a refund. If the replacement is out of stock, you’ll be refunded after we inspect your return.

Return shipping & fees

  • U.S. customers: a flat $8 return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund when using our prepaid label, unless the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item).
  • Customers may use their own insured, trackable carrier; you’ll be responsible for postage and the package remains your responsibility until delivered to us.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made a mistake with your order.
  • No restocking fees for returns that meet our policy.

Refund timing

  • Processing: 2–4 business days after your return is delivered to our facility
  • Bank posting: 3–10 business days depending on your card issuer or payment provider
  • Refund method: original payment method only

You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your refund is issued.

Damaged/defective or wrong item

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or not as ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll prioritize a replacement or provide a prepaid return label and a full refund after inspection.

International returns

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping and any customs/duties incurred.
  • Please mark the parcel “Returned Goods” to avoid additional import fees.
  • Refunds are processed in USD; exchange rates and fees are set by your bank/payment provider.

Limited drops & preorder items

  • Limited releases are eligible for returns if not marked Final Sale.
  • Preorder delivery timelines are estimates and may shift slightly.
  • We cannot guarantee size exchanges for limited runs due to fast sellouts.

Gifts

  • For gifts returned with proof of purchase, we can refund the original payment method or issue store credit to the recipient upon request.
  • Gift returns still require items to be new, unworn, and with tags attached.
