Expedited methods speed up transit only. Pre-order items will ship once they’re ready, then move via the method you select.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
Start a claim with the carrier using your tracking number and email [email protected]. If you purchased Shipping Protection, we’ll fast-track a replacement or refund after verification.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Carriers may deliver on Saturdays to select ZIP codes. Sunday delivery isn’t guaranteed.
